INDUSTRIAL ESTATE/LAYOUT
In order to meet the land requirement of Prospective Industrialists, the Yobe State Government has identified, earmarked and demarcated large area of land along the Damaturu – Potiskum road to serve as an Industrial Estate. The Estate is provided with access road network, drainage, water, electricity supply and Digital Tele phone facilities. The Industrial Estate is strategically located and survey and beaconing works have been completed. Prospective Industrialists are expected to apply for, and acquire these industrial plots for the establishment of industries.
Application procedure for the acquisition of these industrial plots may be obtained either from the State Ministry Commerce, Industry and Tourism or Ministry of Lands and Solid Minerals
